Ron joined Elder’s in May of 2018 and has been our Varnell Store Manager since we purchased the store in July of 2022. Ron has worked at our Cleveland, Ringgold, Trenton and Varnell stores. His favorite department is Plumbing because he enjoys helping customers determine what they need to solve their problems. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Ron said assisting customers and teaching employees things he's learned to help them be successful in their work and personal life. On his day off, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and granddaughter and hanging out with his dad. He also enjoys hiking, building things around the house, and watching Alabama football. Ron may be the biggest Alabama football fan you'll ever meet!
