Robert joined Elder’s in January of 2015 and has been our South Knoxville Store Manager since 2019. Robert has worked at our North Broadway, Dixie Lee and South Knoxville stores. The plumbing department is his favorite because it’s challenging. “Pen and paper don’t forget” is his favorite quote from Elder, and he encourages all his associates to always take good notes! When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Robert said “The people he works with and the customers he has the opportunity to help. Working at Elder’s doesn’t even really seem like a job. It feels like my home away from home.” On his days off, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing and camping with his family. Robert previously worked in the construction field and has experience with framing, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall. He also worked at Lowe’s for 12 years before joining Elder’s.
