Cody joined Elder’s in March of 2010 and has been our Southside Store Manager since December of 2020. He has worked at both our East Ridge and Southside stores. His favorite department is paint because he says you can make a huge impact with just a gallon of paint, whether it's repainting a room to liven it up or changing the color of your cabinets to bring those old cabinets into the 21st century! There can be some time and money involved for sure, but if done right it can really make a difference! When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Cody says “I really enjoy helping people with their first projects. I remember my first projects and all the questions that came with it. I'm glad that I've gained enough experience through the years to have most of those answers and offer some guidance. Also, I have worked at a few stores and it's been nice to get to know our neighbors around the city.” On his days off, Cody likes to try new foods on the grill, play a round of gold, and spend time with his wife and daughter. When he isn’t at work, he has lots of small legs that follow him around the house between his dogs and his daughter.
