Michele joined Elder’s in January of 2025 when we purchased Hart Ace Hardware. Her favorite department is paint because she loves listening to customers’ decorating ideas and helping them choose colors! Michele’s favorite thing about her job is meeting new people and getting to help them! On her days off, Michele enjoys spending time outside, watching the Titans, and spending time with her friends and family. Fun fact- Michele and her husband have their own vegetable and flower garden!
