Jess joined Elder’s in October of 2021 and has been our Murfreesboro Store Manager since May of 2026. Jess has also worked at our East Nashville store. His favorite department is the service department because he enjoys helping customers with weird and unusual situations. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Elder’s, Jess said “being able to greet and help each customer”. He loves that there are no policies when it comes to customer service! On his days off, Jess enjoys cooking, grilling and fixing things around the house. He also loves spending time with his dog, Dozer! Fun fact about Jess- he served in the army for 3 years and was stationed in Germany. We appreciate his service and are glad to have Jess at our East Nashville store!
