Ryan joined Elder’s in February of 2015 and has been our Cleveland Store Manager since 2017. The grill department is his favorite and he loves trying out new recipes on his Big Green Egg. Ryan enjoys traveling and hiking. He recently climbed one of the toughest 14,000 foot peaks in Colorado and would love to tackle all of them in the state. His goal this year- hike the tallest peak in Colorado. When asked his favorite thing about working at Elder’s, Ryan said “Every day is different. Every customer is different. I've heard that variety is the spice of life and we have that at Elder's Ace. There is never a dull moment. This is a fun job. The daily challenges keep us stretching, but are not out of reach. Every day I feel like I have accomplished something whether it's helping a customer, helping an employee or reaching a new goal in sales. For me, Elder's is a compelling place to work.”
